Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the AirconQuote system (airconquote.co.uk). By subscribing to AirconQuote, you agree to the terms outlined below. You should also read and agree to our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Product & Services Provided Your AirconQuote subscription includes: Access to the AirconQuote quoting system.
Integration code suitable for any website.
Branded quote PDFs and automated email responses.
Technical assistance for setup and general support.
Ongoing updates, improvements, and security patches.
AirconQuote is licensed software. You are purchasing access to the system, not ownership of the software.
2. Subscription & Payment Terms
AirconQuote is billed at £25 + VAT per month.
Payments are taken monthly, via direct debit.
Subscriptions operate on a minimum 12 month contract.
After the initial 12‑month term, the contract automatically renews for another 12 months unless cancelled within the notice period.
All payments are taken in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cooling‑off period: You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the account being set up. A full refund of any payments made will be issued minus a £10 administration fee.
After 14 days: No refunds can be given for any remaining months of your 12‑month contract. You remain liable for all monthly payments until the end of the contracted term.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
4. Contract Renewal & Notice Period Your AirconQuote contract automatically renews every 12 months.
To cancel before renewal, we require 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.
If notice is not provided within this period, the contract will renew for another 12‑month term, and monthly payments will continue.
5. Access, Licensing & Restrictions AirconQuote is licensed to you for the duration of your contract. The following cannot be transferred, copied, or used outside the AirconQuote system:
The AirconQuote software platform.
Any custom code, integrations, or system features.
Email delivery systems and automation tools.
Security, captcha, or anti‑spam components.
Any proprietary branding, templates, or system assets.
If you choose to stop using AirconQuote, access to the system will be removed at the end of your contract term.
6. Delivery & Availability AirconQuote is provided as a live, cloud‑based service. We aim to ensure continuous availability, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.
We will always endeavour to resolve issues promptly.
7. Support & Technical Assistance Support is available during standard business hours. You can contact customer services on 0115 824 5600 or via our contact form.
Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.

10. Ownership All software, branding, and system assets remain the property of WigWag. Your subscription grants you access to use AirconQuote for the duration of your contract.
