What rebranding meant to plumbing and heating engineers, Warm for Life.
We originally approached WigWag not understanding why our company branding and marketing wasn’t working. We didn’t quite expect what would happen next.

At the time there was nothing to help us stand out against the competition. Previously, we had used a number of agencies. But nothing quite like the service and transformation we received working with the team at WigWag. Whilst we already had a logo in place, the branding did not work, there was no clear message as to what we did or who we were. WigWag immediately pointed this out and created a brand identity which would begin our journey.

All of a sudden we were getting recognised within the industry for our new website, by companies such as Worcester Bosch, Sky and also by heating engineers around the country. We are firmly on the map. People know who we are within the industry.
Since the new website was launched we’ve also been approached by companies to trial new software and tools to aid user experience.
Our new branding has also been used in a TV advertisement.

As well as helping to set us apart from the competition, it’s something we are proud to show our customers.
More importantly, the brochure has increased our take up rate by 95%. This massively exceeded our expectations.
“The van artwork tied everything together, WigWag worked closely with us on this project to ensure our vehicles were perfect.”
The finishing touches of the team illustrations gave our vans that personal touch, something we wanted to get across to our customers.
We also won Which? Trusted Trader Vehicle of The Year 2018. Something we didn’t expect.

However it doesn’t stop here. We will continue changing and improving with WigWag helping to keep us one step ahead of the market!
Looking back, we simply did not see how much of a change our branding and marketing would make to the business.
Giving us new vision and inspiration, overall, it’s been an exciting time within the business and we look forward to continuing our journey with WigWag.
