What our bespoke illustrations meant to plumbing & heating company, Oxyplumb.
Oxyplumb came to us with an existing website that didn't feature any bespoke elements.
We wanted to create custom illustrations for Leigh to add personality and character into his website. By designing bespoke illustrations of Oxford his customers now instantly recognise the area and know Oxyplumb works in their hometown.
We also added a custom illustration of the Oxyplumb van and of Leigh too! Not only will that give customers further recognition, it adds a level of trustworthiness that the customers will know who is coming to install, service or repair their boiler.
Plumbing & Heating Services
As well as designing bespoke illustrations of Oxford to Oxyplumb, we also made Oxyplumb's services stand out by adding individual icons and specific content to each. This made it much clearer for their customers to see if they have the right service they need - from boiler installations to repairs.
Additionally, we've added a moving logo slider to show Oxyplumb are a Worcester Bosch installer, Gas Safe Engineer as well as a Which? Trusted Trader.
Bespoke Van Designs
Utilising Oxyplumb's location illustrations, we have transformed Leigh's new Ford Transit into a stand out vehicle.
The striking blue colour will catch people's attention and the messages we've included, from the 12 year guarantee to 0% finance, are clear, concise and easy to read.
The Complete Branding Package
When creating bespoke elements for our plumbing and heating engineers we want them to have a complete branding package, that means whatever they want their logo on, we'll design it!
After designing bespoke illustrations for Oxyplumb and adding them to the website, we have also gone on to design business cards, a magazine advert and review postcards.
Leigh and the Oxyplumb team also utilise our cloud phone system. They have created their own bespoke IVR (virtual digital receptionist) allowing them to direct customers through to specific staff members.
An example of our IVR system could be: Press 1 for a Boiler Installation, Press 2 for Boiler Repairs. This system means you can be prepared for your customers before you've even spoken to them!
