How WigWag Worked With Plumbing & Heating Company, UK Gas Washington.

UK Gas Washington were in need of a brand refresh, starting with their website. Not only did we work on creating a website that can be easily navigated by potential or current customers but also one that is aesthetically pleasing and has a unique presence. Our illustrators and graphic designers worked with our web developers to create an eye catching homepage that has references to the areas that UK Gas Washington operate in, including the Angel of the North.

As well as producing bespoke location illustrations, we have also illustrated the UK Gas team. We believe this adds a personal touch to our heating engineer websites and allows their customers to feel like they know who'll be arriving to fit or repair their boiler.

We have been in constant contact with UK Gas throughout the whole process, allowing Ian and his team to approve each section of the website, from the services included on the website to their detailed care plans.

Digital Virtual Receptionst (IVR)

Not only did we revamp UK Gas' website, we also spoke with Ian and his team regarding our cloud phone system

Ian wanted a more streamlined system and discovered we offered a cloud system with many features he could benefit from such as an IVR menu (digital virtual receptionist). This allowed them to choose a variety of options their customers could hear when ringing, Press 1 for Boiler Installations, Press 2 for Account for example.

Ian and his team would then have an idea of what the customer is ringing them about before they even answer the call, saving time whilst giving great customer service!
