What a brand new website meant to Southampton Heating Engineers, Heatworks

Menus Made Simple

Heatworks previous website whilst full of relevant information, needed to be streamlined for improved usability. Heatworks offer a wide range of heating services and whilst in the past it was useful to include each service on the main menu, it had made the website overwhelming and the customer journey confusing.

We simplified this by having only two main menu options, one for customers to get a quote and one interactive dropdown menu that encompassed all the services in a more visual way.

Print Work

Heatworks were keen to have a new brochure to launch alongside their new website.

The brochure was mostly focused on the boiler installations side of the business, with some further information about boiler finance options, boiler servicing and care plans.

By working on both the print work and the website simultaneously, we were able to develop a consistent brand identity. Heatworks had a matching brochure ready to hand out by the time the website had launched.
